Movie review: Private Tropical 6 "Tequila Bum Bum" (2003) (Sandra Pusso, Tina Tagner, Alexa Gays, Maya Sold)
The movie begins with a panoramic view of Naples before sunset, on Avenida Antonio Gramsci, along Mappatella beach, with Castell d´l Ovo in the background. In one of the Neapolitan palatial houses, decorated with a neoclassical style, a young couple says goodbye. Alessandro goes on a business trip to gloomy and desolate Kiev, who knows if to check the sarcophagus of the Chernobyl nuclear powerplant. It doesn't seem like an attractive trip.

His wife, a beautiful Czech platinum blonde, reminds him to take warm clothes, because in those latitudes it is very cold. She is sad, and asks him if he can call her at night, as soon as he lands, but Alessandro answers that he will be with the unfriendly Russian engineers and with the executives of the business conglomerate for which he works.
The reality is that Alessandro will not land that night, he does not even actually travel to Ukraine, but will spend the night on the plane, on a long journey to the idyllic Reunion Island, in the Indian Ocean.

The plane arrives at mid-morning, after a delay of four hours, and finally, Alessandro and his traveling mate Sergio, meet with Franco, who is sunbathing peacefully lying at the La Villa du Soleil hotel. The newly arrived travelers are already asking about the girls, but Franco, relaxed, invites them to take a shower and rest a little bit; in the evening they will go to Tequila Bum Bum, the island's trendiest nightclub. Ron, the fourth friend, wastes no time and he is already on the beach, in the middle of a job with a German woman he met the night before on the disco.
Hotel La villa du soleil, Reunion
At nightfall, Ron is tired from fucking with the Teutonic multiorgasmic, and Sergio, unfortunately, suffer jet lag. Both stay at the hotel, and only Franco and Alessandro go hunting for Tequila Bum Bum.
The place, decorated in colonial style, wicker and tribal huts, is half empty. It sounds like techno from the mid 90s and in the center of the dance floor two eccentric couples follow the fifties-twenties pattern.
It doesn't take long for them to sit near our two shy friends, who soon detect that the blondes are eye-contacting them in the darkness. In the short distance, they realize that the guys loses more oil than Locomía's van, so they decide to break the ice.
Franco tells them that he seems to recognize them. They, emboldened, respond that they are well-known: Rocco Savelli and Leopoldo Antinori, designers of haute-couture.

After talking for a few minutes, the alleged dressmakers invite them to visit them the next morning at their villa in the hills. Alessandro and Franco will not flirt tonight, but who knows what will happen on the following day.
The discoteque Tequila Bum Bum was in fact Africa Queen in Saint Gilles, after called O Chicaya and that today its closed...

Meanwhile, in Naples, Alessandro's wife talks to Sergio's wife, another slightly younger Czech blonde. They speak in cestina, but in the October 2004 broadcast on Canal + in Spain, the conversation is as follows:
Alessandro’s wife says that "it doesn't seem fair to her and that they shouldn't do it" but Sergio's wife replies with "imagine yourself sunbathing on an exotic island". Alessandro’s wife, eaten up with guilt for the mere fact of commenting on it, assures "that it doesn't seem fair to her and that they should think about their husbands". Sergio's wife, seated, warns him that "all men are equal and that they would do the same if they could, so they also have the right." , looking at the ground again, says that "it's not right because they're in kyiv working in the cold." The other Czech blonde's last attempt assures her that "it's going to be fun to go to the beach surrounded by hot guys." This makes Alessandro’s wife laugh, "because it's very tempting", and she finally accepts the crazy idea, to then toast "to tomorrow's great adventure".

In Reunion, Alessandro and Franco get up early and, despite the hangover, they rush to the lavish villa of fashion designers. The lobby surprises them with its colossal proportions. In the garden, Leopoldo awaits them with a rainbow hachimaki on his forehead, making his sexual tendencies very clear. He asks them how their vacations are going on and if they are alone on the island; displaying dazzling generosity, he announces to them that this villa will be their home whenever they want, and that their friends can also come with them on the next visit. Soon, Rocco makes an appearance accompanied by the two blondes, to whom they finally put a name: Vivien and Laurel. They all toast together.

The designers ask them to stay in charge of the girls, because they are going to work in the "new collezione". They can even swim in the pool, insists Leopoldo. Franco replies that they do not have shorts, but Antinori offers them very swimsuits specials: the Giancarlo Febe and the Gianna Mangolas collezione.

However, they do wear so long, and in the vast garden, Alessandro and Franco enjoy Vivien and Laurel, with little remorse. While the two dupes are busy, Leopoldo and Rocco grab their keys from the hotel and bolt for La Villa du Soleil.

At night, fashion designers and blonde girls share their booty. Every day they carry out the same scam, necessary for their high rhythm of life, and the rent of the villa. Incidentally, this villa is located in an urbanization in Le Port, in the Possession region, specifically, on Rue Moulin Joli street, and which has an outstanding swimming pool with a penis shape.
Upon awakening, Alessandro and Franco discover that their rooms have been looted; some thief has taken all the money. Outraged, they seek consolation in Sergio and Ron, who eat breakfast oblivious to misfortune of their duped friends. They reassure them by saying that they will lend them the money they need.

Franco takes the money that his generous friends lend him and he decides to spend it on renting a pickup truck, and on a brunette prostitute open to do anything. Overall, you only live once. He drives her to Le python de la Fournaise, the volcanic heart of the island.

The film has become really interesting. Imagine the face of the Czechs when they see their respective husbands, when they thought they were in the sordid Kiev, between meeting and meeting.
Well, while Alessandro's wife is in his room, Alessandro himself meets Samantha, Sergio's wife. This may sound bizarre, but at the beginning of the 21st century, camera phones were extremely unusual, and it is very possible that they had not seen photographs of the respective pairs of their friends. Everything is tied and good tied.
Samantha herself says that she has no boyfriend at all, which makes her intentions very clear. They will meet again at night, at the Tequila Bum Bum.
Moments after Alessandro has retired to his room, his wife Sylvia reappears on the scene (now we know the name after the check in in the Hotel). Director Max Bellochio avoided us here what could have been one of the best moments in the history of cinema, but we must forgive him because there are more surprises awaiting us.

Samantha comments with her friend that she has already flirted, easy and fast. Also, he tells her that the boy's name is Chiro. There it must be recognized that Alessandro had a lot of vision when he decided to tell her a false name for no apparent reason. Without a doubt, a masterpiece.
Very close, the hitherto faithful to his wife Samantha, Sergio, and Ron, who has not been lucky since the German blonde, listen attentively to Alessandro, hungry like stray dogs. In the tailors' villa things go very well at night, apparetlny. Leopoldo and Rocco ask their guests to take care of their women while they travelling for Madagascar. Sergio and Ron are willing to sacrifice themselves, and not only that; As they have money to lend and spend, they offer to rent a helicopter and a motorized hang glider, so that the girls can enjoy a tour of the island and whatever else.

When the unsuspecting couple leaves the mansion, the scammers' quartet admits that they are tired of crime, and agree to withdraw after this last blow. His withered heart seeks salvation...
A tour around the Reunion island
The next morning, the helicopter ride is marvellous, although the ghost pilot does not offer much security. On the motorized hang gliding of The Passagers du Vent, they have nothing to envy either. By the way, Maya Gold is a mix between Margot Robbie and Marion Cotillard. The most important thing here is the detail that Sergio has finally fuck, and that makes him more sinful than Samantha who, at the same moment, is involved in an innocent visit to Croc Park, accompanied by the boy who calls himself Chiro. We do not know what happened in the previous evening at the Tequila Bum Bum, although surely there was a good vibe until the late hours of the morning.

After sunset, in a hotel suite reserved expressly (thank goodness they did not want to disturb his friend and wife; once again fate helping sinners) Alessandro or Chiro, as you prefer, lets Samantha knows that when he looks at the blue of his Czech eyes, he only sees the blue of the sea, and even that he loves her from the first moment he saw her in the hotel, without fear. Samanta, totally disarmed, lets herself do everything; literally.
On the afternoon of the following day, in the pool, Sergio and Ron confess to Alessandro that they have also plucked them, but hey! they have enjoyed too. Alessandro also proposes that when they return to Naples, they should organize a couples dinner to meet each other's wives. Smells like end of vacation. Too bad.

On the other hand, Samantha talks in Czech with Alessandro's wife, both lying on the sand. Apparently, Alessandro's wife was at Tequila Bum bum the day before with Franco, Sergio and Ron. Fairly drunk; he doesn't quite know how it ended after dawn on a yacht with a sausage in each hand. On second thought, it is normal for Ron and Sergio to lend money to their friends, because they spare no expense, Holy Shit! The question that should be asked is also why Franco decided to go to sleep instead of accompanying them on the boat trip.
In defense of the blonde Czech (of which we still do not know the first name and the film is already ending) it should be noted that, halfway through the play and perhaps due to a hunch, he rejects Sergio's and therefore avoids consummate the menage a trois. However, Ron scores a great goal.
